n lonely nights I sit,

And trace my thoughts across the sky, And watch them form the visions, Of the lives of you and I. I dream of days to come, When the distance disappears, And thank the Lord in Heaven, For each second that it nears. I know it in my heart, That you are Heaven-sent, I’ll know I lived a good life, If with you it’s spent. So I close my eyes As I invite my slumber over And contentedly I sigh, As I realize we’re one day closer.
